Body (tank, fenders and side/motor covers)

The front downtubes are also 1.25" in scase you need to mount anything to them.
No, no one makes metal replacement motor or side covers and the estimated cost for custom ones is more than $3000.
The Fury can accept the other fuel tanks with a little modification, but it ruins the lines and you lose the seamless tank look that only the Fury has. The Interstate has fork covers, the Stateline does not, but they should fit.
No one makes direct replacement fenders in metal, but Steve Tyre has made a few metal rear fenders. Sumo-X makes a 250 kit for running a proper wide rear tire and only a couple tire makers make a 260 which is the widest tire you can run on a Fury with major mods to the swing arm.

Should i remove the reflectors before i get harassed about it?
Yes. It works best on a hot day, just twist and they should pop right off with some effort. If its not too hot, use your wife/girlfriends hair dryer (if they are still talking to you after asking about 1.5") or a cheap heat gun from a hardware store. Dont heat the fender itself, it can warp. If there is any residue left, use WD-40, Goof Off, Goo Gone etc and a paper towel/non abrasive rag to remove the rest of the glue.

Side covers:
Where can i buy replacements other than eBay? Bike Bandit, PartZilla or any Honda dealer.

Due to some discussion, i researched the P/N's for all of the VT models including the ABS ones, to see if there are differences in the side covers that would make them incompatible from model to model, year to year and here is the list. I cannot discern with 100% certainty that they do NOT fit all years/models. I would have to have each model of bike and the side covers to swap over for that, however, with my experience im going to say that they should fit with no issue. So, YMMV.
