Bars, grips and pegs:
Can i get risers?
There is only one place that makes proper risers for the non Fury model, but a few places sell them, they are made by VTX-Treme who also makes the rake trees if you want to get a steeper rake on your VT1300.
Canella makes Fury specific risers, but are expensive and hard to find sometimes.
If you swap to stock Honda type risers like from a VT750/1100, then you can run any handlebar you want, it just needs to be 1" for the stock controls to fit.
Can i change pegs?
Kuryakyn pegs can be used with their adapters, 8803 for the front and 8802 for the rears. If you get the Swing Wing pegs, or mini boards, you will need the splined adapters, P/N 8815.

What size are the stock bars?
1.25" except where it necks down for the controls and then its 1".
You also need 1" grips for a Honda. Harley grips usually have the throttle boss build in and they wont work because the VT's have a dual throttle cable system. You can however convert to a single cable and then use Harley grips.
There is little info on whether the stock bars can be swapped from one model to the other, however, the Fury bars mount the speedo so there is an ugly bracket thats covered by the speedo housing that is not on the other models. The Sabre and Stateline bars do not swap over. The front downtubes are also 1.25" in case you need to mount anything to them.
NOTE: All Honda cruisers since 2000 have the same hand controls, so levers for any Honda cruiser will fit. They also share the same turn signal buckets.
Can i run Cobra Fatty highway bars on my Stateline without removing the floor boards?
Yes.
